• Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, exploitative, or non-consensual content or activity.
• Malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, security testing without permission, circumvention, scraping that violates rights, or interference with service.
• Spam, unlawful marketing, fabricated reviews, impersonation, or automated contact without required permission.
• Uploading personal or confidential data without authority or using another person’s account, domain, brand, or materials without permission.
• Excessive use that unreasonably degrades service or attempts to resell, copy, reverse engineer, or build a competing platform from protected Niiice components.
• Sharing login credentials to bypass the built-in team feature, or using team invitations to resell or sublease access to unrelated third parties. Multi-user collaboration must go through the team feature.

AI output must not be the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, education, insurance, credit, public-benefit, or other decisions that materially affect a person. Qualified human review and applicable safeguards are required.

Niiice may investigate credible reports and preserve necessary evidence. Depending on urgency and risk, Niiice may warn, request removal, throttle, suspend, terminate, or report conduct as legally required. Immediate restriction may be used for serious illegality, fraud, attacks, or security risk; ordinary curable issues generally receive notice and a reasonable cure opportunity.
