Refund Policy

1. Subscription Services

For subscription services, payments renew automatically each billing cycle.

• After cancellation, you may continue using the Service until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Fees already paid for the current cycle are entirely non-refundable (no prorated / partial refunds).
• No further charges will occur after cancellation; your subscription will not auto-renew next cycle.
• We do not offer subscription pausing, service freezing, or any equivalent that extends the period end.
• The AI Omnichannel Customer Service is subscribed per platform / per account; the same non-refund rule applies. After you cancel an individual item, that item remains usable until the end of the current period, and the corresponding AI customer service access is disabled at period end.
• Successful payment is irreversible. If AI customer service access is not provisioned in time due to system factors, the Company will resolve it via automatic retry / re-provisioning until provisioned; such situations do not constitute grounds for a refund or chargeback dispute.

2. Plan Upgrades & Switches

When you upgrade or switch to yearly billing, the pro-rated remaining value of your current plan is automatically credited toward the new charge. Transactions completed are likewise non-refundable; if you no longer wish to continue, you may cancel at any time and use the service through to the end of the current period.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by TapPay, a third-party payment institution licensed by the Financial Supervisory Commission of Taiwan, compliant with PCI DSS Level 1.

• Credit card payments (Visa / MasterCard / JCB) supported
• We do not directly store full card numbers
• All transactions are transmitted with SSL/TLS encryption

4. EU / EEA Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), under mandatory local consumer protection law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription:

• Notify us in writing within 14 days of subscription to withdraw, with no reason required.
• Once you have actually begun using the digital content service (e.g., signing in, generating AI content, publishing to WordPress), this right is automatically forfeited under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
• Upon successful withdrawal, we will refund via the original payment method within 14 days.

This clause applies only to EU / EEA consumers. For all other jurisdictions (including Taiwan), fees already paid are non-refundable per Section 1 of this policy.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you have any billing-related concerns, please contact us within 30 days of the charge — we cannot accept requests made later. Disputes will be handled under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance. Mandatory consumer protection rights of EU / EEA consumers under local law remain unaffected by this clause.
