REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

1. Scope and Pre-Payment Acceptance

This Policy applies to paid Niiice Turbo orders. Before payment, checkout identifies the product, amount, tax, period, automatic-renewal status, applicable documents, immediate commencement of digital performance, general final-payment rule, and brand case notice. The customer must affirmatively accept them in a combined checkbox.

2. Price, Tax, and Payment

  • The recorded checkout order controls the product and price. Tax is added unless expressly included.
  • The customer authorizes the initial charge and, for renewable items, subsequent renewal charges to the saved method.
  • Services begin or resources are reserved promptly after payment. Template payment initiates requirements intake, scheduling, and production preparation.
  • Add-on quota is for the stated billing month, does not carry forward, and is final once provided.

3. Automatic Renewal and Notice

  • Paid monthly, annual, website, domain, and other expressly renewable products renew automatically unless cancelled before charge.
  • Annual and domain renewal: email and Dashboard reminders are generally issued 30 and 7 days before the scheduled charge.
  • Monthly renewal: an email and Dashboard reminder is generally issued 7 days before the scheduled charge.
  • A notice record is retained in the system. Delivery may depend on the customer maintaining a valid email and on the receiving provider.
  • Free Workshop trials and one-time Article Engine trials do not auto-convert unless a later checkout is separately completed.

4. How to Cancel and End of Current Term

Unless the customer cancels, a paid subscription automatically charges the saved payment method each term; free trials and one-time plans never auto-charge. Cancellation is prospective: the paid Service continues through the current term and then ends, without a prorated refund or unused-time credit. To cancel:

  • Self-service (recommended): sign in, open the Dashboard subscription page, select the plan, and cancel or disable auto-renewal. It takes effect immediately and the page shows the paid-term end date.
  • Support-assisted: email [email protected] from the account email, or message official LINE support, with the account email, order number or plan name, and the cancellation request; a team member will process and confirm it.
  • Close to a charge date, use Dashboard self-service (immediate) so processing time does not cross the charge. If a charge has already completed, that term is effective and Sections 6 and 7 govern any refund review.
  • Niiice does not offer subscription pause, freeze, or extension unless a separate writing says otherwise. A cancelled domain remains usable until expiry and then follows registrar lifecycle rules; the website and email may stop working.

5. Failed Charge and 7-Day Grace

If a renewal charge fails, Niiice generally provides a 7-day grace period and sends reminders on or around days 0, 2, 5, and 7 by email and Dashboard alert. Reminders stop when payment succeeds or renewal is cancelled. Access may be limited after the grace period and data is then handled under the applicable Product Schedule and Privacy Policy.

6. Handling of Paid Amounts

Because performance begins immediately after payment — digital content is supplied, hosting and build resources are reserved, or customization starts — paid amounts are generally final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and not prorated, except as provided in Section 7, for a failed domain registration, or where mandatory law requires. A change of mind, non-use, missed cancellation, customer environment, a temporary or repairable outage, or dissatisfaction with non-guaranteed AI or marketing results is not a refund basis.

Template payment initiates requirements intake, resource reservation, and production preparation and is final. A delivery that does not match the recorded requirements is first corrected under the Schedule rather than refunded; Section 7 applies only where Niiice ultimately cannot deliver the core service. The Template site’s intellectual property and system code belong to Niiice; after the service ends, only the customer’s own information — blog-post export files, portfolio files, and customer-provided materials — may be exported under the Template Schedule, and other data is not exported or retained.

7. When Refunds or Remedies Apply (Objective Exceptions)

When an issue occurs, Niiice first seeks to repair, re-perform, restore data, compensate, or provide an alternative. After verification, the following situations are refunded or otherwise remedied:

  • A duplicate charge for the same transaction.
  • A transaction verified as unauthorized after reasonable identity and payment review.
  • Niiice’s final inability to deliver the purchased core service after a reasonable opportunity to repair, rerun, restore, or provide an equivalent alternative.
  • A domain registration that fails and is not completed.
  • A refund or remedy expressly required by mandatory law or a separate signed writing.

A refund is not automatic merely because an issue is reported. Niiice first verifies the facts and applies an appropriate repair, re-performance, replacement, credit, or refund based on the objective circumstances and law.

8. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Bundles

Upgrade or add-on charges take effect as shown at checkout. Downgrades generally take effect at the next term. A bundle is one affected subscription for liability-cap purposes. A bundle containing a Template follows Template ownership and export rules; a bundle containing a Workshop follows Workshop rules unless the order expressly states otherwise.

The AI SEO trial-fee credit applies once, on the same account, when the first upgrade to Standard or Pro annual is completed during the trial or within 30 days after trial expiry. NT$1,980 pre-tax is credited against the first annual charge. It cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, reused, or refunded, expires after the window, and does not repeat at renewal.

9. Domains

A successfully submitted registration or renewal is generally final because the registrar cost and registry action are immediate. A failed registration is refunded in full for the uncompleted domain order. Premium pricing, lifecycle status, redemption, registry restrictions, transfer locks, and expiry follow the registrar and registry rules.

10. Refund Method and Other Remedies

An approved refund is generally returned to the original payment method and may require invoice or credit-note processing. Processing time depends on the provider. Any refund, credit, discount, or other compensation for the same event counts toward the liability cap in the Terms.

11. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy excludes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where legally valid and adequately disclosed, the customer requests immediate performance or supply of digital content and acknowledges the resulting effect on any statutory withdrawal right. If that legal exception does not apply, mandatory law controls.

12. Contact and Review

Billing or refund questions may be sent from the account email to [email protected] or initiated through official LINE support. Provide the order number, transaction date, amount, and reason. Niiice may require confirmation from the account email to verify identity and preserve the transaction record, and will respond within a reasonable time.
