PRODUCT SCHEDULE

Omnichannel AI Customer Service Schedule

Last updated: July 20, 2026

1. Scope and Billing

Enabled channels, conversations, agents, knowledge sources, quota, and term follow the order. Usage above included limits may require an add-on or new plan.

Customers may grant team members access to the customer-service console through the team feature; each member’s fine-grained permissions are configured by the customer in the console’s team management, and member actions are treated between the customer and Niiice as the customer’s actions.

2. Authorization and Platforms

The customer authorizes Niiice to connect to and act through selected accounts only for configured functions and represents that it controls those accounts. Meta, LINE, WhatsApp, Telegram, or other platform terms and API limits also apply.

3. AI Replies and Human Takeover

AI may misunderstand, hallucinate, or provide incomplete replies. The customer must maintain an accurate knowledge base, define escalation, monitor performance, and use qualified human review for complaints, refunds, safety, legal, medical, financial, or other consequential matters.

4. End-User Data

The customer determines the purpose and lawful basis for collecting conversation data and must give required notices and respond to rights requests. Niiice processes the data on customer instructions under the DPA and may review records where necessary for support, quality, troubleshooting, security, and abuse prevention.

5. Responsibility, Cancellation, and Data

Niiice does not guarantee uninterrupted delivery by a third-party channel or a particular sales or support outcome. Cancellation applies at term end. Conversation and activity records are retained during the active account and then deleted or de-identified under the Privacy Policy, subject to legal holds and backup rotation.
