PRODUCT SCHEDULE

Niiice searches and procures domains through a registrar as the customer’s agent. Availability and quotes are time-limited and may change before payment. Premium or high-cost names may require manual confirmation. The customer price shown at checkout controls.
The customer is entered as the actual registrant where supported and must provide accurate registrant information. Niiice may act as administrative or technical manager. The customer retains domain rights subject to registry, registrar, ICANN, payment, dispute, and legal rules.
Registration and renewal costs and actions are generally immediate and irreversible. A successfully submitted registration or renewal is final. If registration fails and no domain is acquired, the uncompleted domain order is refunded in full.
The domain renews automatically unless disabled before charge. Niiice generally sends email and Dashboard reminders 30 and 7 days before charge. If registry cost or exchange-rate changes require a renewal-price increase, Niiice generally gives at least 60 days’ notice and applies the new price from the next renewal; if that advance notice is not completed, the locked price remains for that renewal. Failed renewal has the 7-day grace process where technically available, but registry and registrar expiry, redemption, deletion, and auction timelines ultimately control and may continue during that period.
The customer may request transfer at any time. Niiice will reasonably provide an authorization code or account handoff after verifying identity and settlement of domain charges, subject to registry or registrar transfer locks, disputes, expiry state, and other mandatory lifecycle restrictions.
If the customer provides external registrar credentials for connection, Niiice encrypts and restricts them while needed and deletes them promptly after connection completes. The customer should then rotate the password and maintain current recovery information.
DNS, registry, registrar, email, certificate, and internet routing may involve third parties. The customer must promptly approve required verification and maintain accurate contact data. Niiice reasonably assists with issues but does not guarantee that a third-party domain system is uninterrupted.
