• AI customer service, domains, the unlisted Pro bundle, and any product not sold through this Service, unless Niiice later expressly lists them.
• Tax, refunds, chargebacks, credits, unauthorized discounts, and third-party pass-through charges.

• SELECT: annual valid sales of NT$1–299,999.
• EXCELLENCE: NT$300,000–599,999.
• ELITE: NT$600,000 or more.
• Each anniversary year runs 12 months from approval. Upgrades use new valid sales; maintenance uses new sales plus eligible renewals.

For a newly approved partner, the first three eligible initial sales completed within 45 days receive an additional 5 percentage points for first-year commission only. This does not apply to renewals, retries, add-ons, upgrade top-ups, excluded products, or transactions outside the period; those transactions also do not consume bonus slots. Partners may not offer discounts or change product scope without written approval.

• Eligible attributed renewals earn commission without a fixed year limit at the product and tier rate effective at renewal.
• Where the Workshop or Template renewal price is lower than the first-year price, renewal commission remains calculated on the first-year transaction price at the applicable tier rate (renewal-commission lock).
• Commission unlocks 21 days after payment. Once the payable balance reaches NT$500, it enters the settlement batch on the 15th. The 15th does not guarantee same-day bank receipt; payout is arranged after required invoice or withholding, identity, bank, and claim information is complete and accounting verification is finished.
• Commission is generally calculated on the approved pre-tax transaction basis. The one-time NT$1,980 AI SEO trial-fee upgrade credit is funded by Niiice and does not reduce the approved partner commission or tier-credit basis for that transaction.
• A refund, chargeback, fraud, cancellation, duplicate, or overpayment may be reversed or offset.
• After ordinary termination, eligible renewals continue for a 3-month transition, subject to the Agreement.
