PRODUCT SCHEDULE

AI Website Template Service and Acceptance Schedule

Last updated: August 12, 2026

1. Order and Template Selection

After payment, Niiice begins requirements intake, staffing, scheduling, and production preparation. The customer selects from available templates. A new layout, template change, custom design, or custom development is outside scope unless separately quoted.

2. Service, Included Assets, and Permissions

The paid term includes the selected Template implementation, hosting, SSL, routine daily backups generally retained for 7 days, and reasonable technical support. The customer may edit its text, images, and links through provided controls. Full WordPress administrator access and plugin installation are not included.

During build, Niiice styles the site with commercial stock assets under its own valid licenses, up to six, at no extra charge. More than six assets, customer-specified premium or special-license assets, plugins, integrations, and other out-of-scope work may be quoted separately or licensed by the customer. Third-party asset licenses are held by Niiice and remain subject to their own terms: the customer may use such assets only within the website delivered under this Service, and may not separately reproduce, distribute, or reuse them elsewhere; export and transfer follow those license terms.

3. Hosting Resource Quotas and Overage

Paid-plan hosting includes the following resource quotas: 5GB SSD disk space; 500GB traffic per month; and 20,000 visits per month. Actual usage is measured by the systems of Niiice or its hosting provider.

Where usage exceeds the quotas, Niiice may charge the following pre-tax overage fees: disk usage above 10GB is charged NT$300 per month for each additional 10GB; traffic above the monthly quota is charged NT$3 per additional 1GB; visits above the monthly quota are charged NT$50 per additional 1,000 visits. A partial billing unit counts as one full unit. Overage fees may be added to the next invoice or billed separately.

Where usage significantly exceeds the quotas, Niiice may notify the customer and suggest an upgrade or adjustment. If heavy overage continues after notice, or abnormal traffic, an attack, or an impact on other customers’ service quality occurs, Niiice may throttle, suspend, or apply other necessary protective measures to the site and will restore it once the cause is resolved. Quota and rate adjustments follow the price-change procedure in the Terms.

4. Requirements and Cooperation

The customer must timely provide accurate text, images, logo, links, domain information, approvals, and a consolidated decision-maker. Delays or incomplete material reasonably extend the schedule and do not create a refund right.

5. Initial Version, Two Rounds, and Acceptance

After initial-version notice, the customer should review and deliver one reasonably consolidated list of feedback within 14 days. The order includes two consolidated revision rounds; scattered messages may be combined into the same round. Revisions do not include template replacement, layout redesign, new pages, custom functions, or work outside the recorded requirements.

After the customer confirms acceptance, the project moves to the domain and go-live stage and the free revision rounds end. If the customer does not respond within 14 days, Niiice may mark that stage as delivered and notify the customer; this does not exclude the repair of genuine defects or any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Defect or New Request

A defect is a reproducible failure to meet the recorded order or an approved design/content instruction and will be reasonably corrected. A new page, new function, changed direction, additional revision, custom integration, or request outside the recorded scope is a new request and may require a separate quote and schedule.

7. Ownership, License, and Content Asset Pack

The Template site’s intellectual property and system code — including site code, database structure, the Template, layout design, shared components, plugins, and the build deliverable — belong to Niiice or its licensors and do not transfer through subscription, payment, or use. During an active subscription, the customer receives a limited, non-exclusive right to use the hosted site and edit its content.

The customer’s own content remains its property. Within 30 days after cancellation, expiry, or service stop, the customer may request a free export of its own information — blog-post export files, portfolio files, and customer-provided text, images, logo, and brand materials. Site code, the full database, the Template, layouts, shared components, plugins, system configuration, and other non-customer data are not exported; no full-site package is available. After that period, the site and related data may be deleted under the Privacy Policy and are not retained.

8. Renewal, Cancellation, and Shutdown

The Template renews automatically. Cancellation takes effect at term end without a prorated refund. After expiry, the site may be disabled and, after the 30-day content-request period, production data may be deleted or de-identified subject to backups and legal retention.
