AI Website Workshop Product Schedule

An eligible account may start one Workshop trial without a card. The 72-hour period begins when the trial site has been created and is usable. It does not automatically become paid. At expiry, access is locked and the site and data are retained for exactly 7 days from the expiry timestamp before permanent, unrecoverable deletion.

Where applicable, Niiice sends notices upon activation, 24 hours before expiry, at expiry, 24 hours before deletion, after successful migration, and after permanent removal. Activation and expiry notices identify the scheduled expiry and deletion times. The customer remains responsible for observing the exact deadline shown.

If the customer completes an eligible paid Workshop subscription during the trial or the 7-day retention period, Niiice generally keeps the same trial URL and content and automatically migrates that site to production hosting. A brief maintenance or connectivity interruption may occur. A subscription completed after the permanent-deletion deadline does not guarantee recovery of the former trial site, and a new site may be created instead. Trial data has no export guarantee.

The paid Workshop includes self-service building tools, hosting, SSL, routine daily backups generally retained for 7 days, and reasonable technical support. It does not include manual design, copywriting, custom code, or integrations not listed in the order. Domain procurement is separate unless expressly included.

Paid-plan hosting includes the following resource quotas: 5GB SSD disk space; 500GB traffic per month; and 20,000 visits per month. Actual usage is measured by the systems of Niiice or its hosting provider.

Where usage exceeds the quotas, Niiice may charge the following pre-tax overage fees: disk usage above 10GB is charged NT$300 per month for each additional 10GB; traffic above the monthly quota is charged NT$3 per additional 1GB; visits above the monthly quota are charged NT$50 per additional 1,000 visits. A partial billing unit counts as one full unit. Overage fees may be added to the next invoice or billed separately.

Where usage significantly exceeds the quotas, Niiice may notify the customer and suggest an upgrade or adjustment. If heavy overage continues after notice, or abnormal traffic, an attack, or an impact on other customers’ service quality occurs, Niiice may throttle, suspend, or apply other necessary protective measures to the site and will restore it once the cause is resolved. Quota and rate adjustments follow the price-change procedure in the Terms.

Subject to payment, the customer owns the particular Workshop website build deliverable and its own content. Niiice retains the SaaS platform, shared code, tools, plugins, design system, know-how, and non-transferable components. The customer may request, at no extra charge and within 30 days after a paid subscription ends, an available package of website files, database, and customer uploads, excluding server credentials, other customers’ data, and non-transferable licenses.

The customer has the management access offered by the Workshop and is responsible for its changes and third-party additions. Niiice may reasonably assist with platform issues and available backup restoration but does not guarantee recovery of changes outside the retained backup window.

The paid plan renews automatically with the notices in the Refund Policy. Cancellation takes effect at term end. After expiry and the 30-day package-request window, the site and production data may be deleted or de-identified, subject to backup rotation and legal retention.
